Did you know - If you’ve got a Skånetrafiken JOJO active 30-day ticket and don’t end up using it so often, you can always loan it out to friends and family.
You can only lend your ticket once a day and to a total of five different numbers during it’s validity. The shortest lending time is four hours and the longest is the remainder of the ticket’s validity. Here’s how!
Log into your account on the Skånetrafiken app and go to your ticket. Click on loan.
Enter/choose the mobile number you want to lend the ticket to.
Choose how long the ticket should be lent for. The shortest lending time is four hours and the longest is the remainder of the ticket’s validity.
You will also find predetermined times from four hours to the entire validity period.
Confirm the lending time and check the number before the ticket is sent.
And done - The ticket will automatically reach the recipient's app.
When the ticket expires, it is automatically returned to you. If you are borrowing the ticket from someone and your trip is complete, you can also choose to return the ticket before it expires.
Remember - In case you enter the wrong number, you cannot withdraw the ticket back yourself. So, make sure to check the number before dispatching the ticket.
To lend a ticket, the person to whom you are sending it must have the Skånetrafiken app.
