Kallbadsveckan - Take a cold bath in the sea

Are you brave enough to take a cold bath out in the sea...in January?


In its second year, the Kallbadsveckan (Cold bath week) will be held from January 29 to February 3, 2020, and will see the three cold bathhouses (Råå, Kallis and Pålsjöbaden) hold various activities, lectures and of course, baths in the Sound.

The week-long program will include saunas, evening dips, yoga and lectures for everyone!


Cost of bathing pass and what does it include?


There are two categories of bathing pass available at www.kallbadsveckan.se


Little bathing pass (SEK 149) - Free access to swimming and activities at all three bathhouses as well as pre-booked lectures during an optional full-day during the cold bath week.


Large bathing pass (SEK 399) - Free access to swimming and activities at all three bathhouses as well as pre-booked lectures throughout the cold bath week.


Useful information -


- The bathing passes are personal and you will need to present identification along with the booking confirmation upon request.


- All three cold bathhouses have separate baths for men and women. The program also includes scheduled timing for a common sauna.


- A shower is mandatory before the sauna. There are lockers available for you to store your things.

Children up to the age of 16 can enter in the company of an adult. Children up to the age of 13 can enter free of charge.
