Yoga in the park (Every Saturday till September): Join Söderscen and Filborna Arena for yoga every Saturday till September in the park. Free for all, bring your own mat. Please reach 15 minutes before time so that you have time to find your spot. Only 30 spots for each session, so please sign up one week in advance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Art Street Hbg: Art Street Hbg has finally kicked off and you can follow them on Instagram to know what is happening when and where. There is also an art hunt scheduled, information of which you can find on Instagram!
Learn Macramé with Söderscen (Tuesday, July 14) - Do you have flower pots at home that you think would look awesome if they hung from the ceiling? If so, bring your own pot to Söderscen's event on July 14 at Furutorpsplatsen and learn the art of macramé. For three hours you will learn a new technique and it's totally free. Open Days at Helsingborg Rådhuset (Multiple dates) - Visit the iconic city hall! Multiple days in July without tours and guided tours after the summer vacation. Precautions are taken to avoid over-crowding. Read more here.
Culture in Corona Times (Tuesday, July 14): Part of an online series, join Peers Bridge and other residents for a chat about Sweden's strategy towards the corona crisis, this time focusing on economy and employment. Sign up here.
Bubble Ball Week (August 6-9) - Running, playing, laughter and fun - This will be all rolled into one (literally!). Organised by Söderscen, this is like a football match with a twist in which you wear a bubble ball costume and tackle. 8 people can play at one time and each match lasts 15 minutes. Summer Picnic (Sunday, 12 July) - Helsingborg International Connections (HIC) is hosting a picnic at the large playing field next to Pålsjöskog. Bring your own food, drinks, and something to sit on. There will also be a game of Kubb. Sign up here.
History of Helsingborg (Saturday, 25 July) - Learn about the history of the Helsingborg. A walking tour in English that will take you back in town. Hosted by HIC, this tour will last around 1.5-2 hours. Sign up here.
40s weekend at Freriksdal (August 15-16) - Go back in time to the 40s at Fredriksdal. Live music, vehicles, stories and much more. Admission is included in the entrance ticket or free admission with the Culture card. Read here.
