Hbg Stories, the new magazine in the city is inviting photographers to submit their pictures of Helsingborg for an exhibition that will take place later this year. The magazine which recently released its second issue is an initiative of Helsingborgs Stad and in it, you can find tales and narratives of this city, and the people who make it what it is.
This year in Autumn, you can visit ‘Hbg Stories’ at Dunkers Kulturhus for an exhibition, and you can even be a part of it. About 30 grants will be given for the exhibition that will run in Dunkers from October 15 to November 15, 2020. Selected photos will be awarded SEK 2000. Most important is the context and storytelling to portray different images of Helsingborg.

You can submit a maximum of two entries.
The photo needs to follow a short story - what this image means to you!! Maybe there is a fun story behind it? Maybe it takes you back in time and makes you reflect? Examples here.
Landscape or Portraits are both accepted.
It is okay if your photos have been published elsewhere before.
The resolution needs to be 300 dpi.

In order for your application to be considered complete, it must include - Photo, Story and your name. Write in the subject line: ”Hbg stories – bilden av Helsingborg”.
If your photo(s) include identifiable persons, you must have their approval, in accordance with GDPR.
