Sportapoteket - You may have crossed this place and thought this to be only a yoga merchandise store, but did you know they offer Yoga classes as well - Ashtanga, Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga. Hej Främling - Want to practice yoga but also meet new people at the same time? Then this is for you. Hej Främling has been running some amazing activities all around Sweden - Outdoor and digital events. In 2020, Hej Främling hosted group yoga digitally. They currently do not have yoga classes scheduled but do watch out for updates on their Skåne Facebook page.

Filborna Arena is a name familiar to anyone living in Helsingborg. Apart from training and swimming, they also hold group yoga classes - Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga (And yoga in collaboration with Söderscen in Furutorpsparken). You can get a 10 visit card for SEK 1095 or become a member and avail of different packages (All year pass, weekday training, student training etc). More details on price list here.

Actic Helsingborg - We all know of Actic as the place with the swimming pool. But they also have group yoga training, including classes specially adapted for those who are 65+ There are various types of membership ranging from SEK 399 to SEK 699 per month. Check out the details here.

Nordic Wellness is another very well known training chain that you will find across Sweden and they have a variety of forms of Yoga that you can practise such as Hot Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Choose from a range of time formats to suit your schedules such as 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minutes. Choose from a range of membership packages starting from SEK 299 per month. If you travel enough, you can even buy their Sweden/Regional cards to access facilities in different cities.
