Class 2 Warning in Skåne

SMHI - Sveriges Meteorologiska och Hydrologiska Institut has issued a class 2 storm warning for Skåne for today - at the risk of very hard wind, up to 25-30 meters per second. SMHI advises people to bring in all loose items from gardens balconies and avoid being outside to prevent risk from falling objects. NSR has declared that the recycling centre will be closed for the day.

GA Torg goes plastic-free

As of August 1, 2019, plastic bags have been banned at the open fruits and vegetable market in the square of Gustav Adolf Torg in Soder. Reusable mesh bags as alternatives are available in most stores and were also handed out by representatives of Stadsbygnaddsforvaltningen at the market square.
